Feeling “clunky” in your freestyle? Looking to develop more confidence in your pole movement, for yourself or for the stage? This class strings together L1 and L2 moves into combos to the beat of spicy, slinky songs. All levels are welcome! We start with a flow warmup to strengthen & stretch your muscles for the pole. At the pole, you will learn transitions, stage presence, dance, technical cleanup & freestyle elements.
